By submitting the rental application below, I hereby affirm that all information provided in this rental application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any false or misleading information or omissions may result in the denial of this application or termination of the lease agreement if discrepancies are discovered after the signing of the lease.

I authorize the landlord or property management company to verify all information provided in this application, including but not limited to conducting credit, background, and reference checks. I consent to the release of information by my current and previous employers, landlords, and references as may be necessary for the evaluation of my tenancy application.

I acknowledge that this application does not constitute a rental or lease agreement in whole or part. Any rental agreement or lease regarding the property for which this application is made is a separate document and will be executed as a binding contract only upon approval of this application and the completion of all requisite legal and procedural steps.
