Step 1: When the tenant is late on rent, our office sends a demand letter at no charge to the landlord.

Step 2: If the tenant still refuses to pay our offices initiates eviction procedures.

Step 3: We negotiate removal of the tenant to save costs.

Step 4: If the tenant still refuses to leave, we file a writ of execution to have the tenant removed by law enforcement.

Step 5: We file a garnishment to help recoup the rents and attorney fees lost by evicting the client.
