We represent Landlords who need to evict tenants.
Harris Law employs a unique approach to representing landlords. Often times our Landlord client's do not wish to evict, but merely want to encourage tenants to pay their rent. We understand this and have developed a process to help.
Step 1: When the tenant is late on rent, our office sends a demand letter at no charge to the landlord.
Step 2: If the tenant still refuses to pay our offices initiates eviction procedures.
Step 3: We negotiate removal of the tenant to save costs.
Step 4: If the tenant still refuses to leave, we file a writ of execution to have the tenant removed by law enforcement.
Step 5: We file a garnishment to help recoup the rents and attorney fees lost by evicting the client.
